M0VE

Coach the fuel.

You plan their training. M0VE plans their fuel. Every athlete you coach, every session they do — one dashboard, real-time targets, and the actuals so you can see exactly where their nutrition is letting the work down.

Where Coaches Lose

You write the plan.
Then you guess the fuel.

0

4 in 5 coaches have no visibility into what their athletes actually ate. The biggest performance variable is the one you can't see.

0

65% of coached endurance athletes still under-fuel their training week, even with a written plan.

0

90% of training adaptation depends on post-session fuelling. Miss it and the work doesn't stick.

Placeholder stats. Replace with sourced coaching surveys + sports nutrition literature before launch.

What most plans still say

Periodised training, periodised intensity, periodised volume. And then a flat macro split copy-pasted across every athlete on the roster. Coaching got precise. Nutrition didn't.

The Dashboard

Every athlete. One screen.

M0VE coach dashboard with an athlete's daily nutrition log open, showing macros, meals and tracked nutrients

Your whole roster, the sessions you've planned, the targets M0VE calculated, and what each athlete actually ate. Compliance gaps surface before the next session. Adjust their plan and the targets recalc the same day.

How it works

Three moves, every athlete on board.

From invite to insight in under ten minutes. M0VE plugs into your existing coaching workflow, it doesn't replace it.

M0VE coach invite link, one tap to add an athlete

Invite athletes with one link.

Send your athletes a single link. They tap, install M0VE, and they're on your roster. No spreadsheets, no onboarding forms, no friction.

M0VE coach desktop view with athlete daily nutrition log open

Roster, sessions, targets — all in view.

Every athlete's planned sessions, calculated targets, and compliance status on one screen. Tap into a day to see the full nutrition log — macros, meals, on-target by training load. The athletes who need attention surface to the top.

M0VE athlete fuel log seen from the coach side

Coach on what's real.

Every meal logged, every session completed. Leave notes in context, adjust targets on the fly, and catch under-fuelling before it costs a session. Coach on what they actually did, not what they remember.

Pricing

One plan. You + 2 athletes.

Coach gets you everything in Athlete plus the full management dashboard for yourself and 2 athletes. Beyond that, additional athletes are €15 per athlete per year.

Coaches using it

From the people running rosters.

Endurance coaches, performance directors, S&C teams. The people on the receiving end of "why am I bonking" texts every Sunday.

"M0VE took nutrition off my plate. My athletes get session-specific targets without me having to write a spreadsheet for every race week."

FAQs

Coaches ask us.

Honestly? We're not — not really. Same core features, broadly the same functionality. Where we differ: you can coach your athletes directly from iOS or Android on the go, not just from a web dashboard. And our pricing is fair in comparison. FoodCoach and Hexis are great platforms — every coach's needs are individual, and we'd rather be straight about that than pretend we've reinvented the category.

Your Coach subscription covers you plus 2 athletes on your roster, included. Beyond that, additional athletes are €15 per athlete per year. Athletes still download M0VE for free and join via your invite link — the per-athlete charge only applies above the included 2.

Yes. Send one invite link to your whole roster — they each tap, install, and they're on your dashboard. No CSV upload required, no per-athlete onboarding form.

Apple Health plugs into pretty much everything now — Wahoo, Garmin, Polar, Strava, TrainingPeaks, you name it. M0VE reads completed sessions from there, plus a direct Intervals.icu integration. Google Health covers the same ground on Android.

They have to. M0VE only works if your athletes log — that's the whole model. You set the plan, they log the actuals, you see the gap. Half-buy-in doesn't get you the picture you came for, so we'd rather be straight: if an athlete won't use the app, M0VE isn't the right fit for them.

Yes. Coach is €12.99/month or €99.99/year, with a 14-day full-access trial. Apple requires a payment method on file to start any trial. You will not be charged until day 14. Cancel any time before then in your Apple Subscriptions and you pay nothing.

Full transparency. Meal log, macros, and timing — side-by-side with your planned target. You see what they ate and when. The gap is what tells the story.

Yes, on the Teams plan. Your logo, brand colours, and a custom invite URL — your athletes see your brand front and centre. It's not full white-label (M0VE still sits behind the scenes), but the experience fronts as yours. Built for coaching teams, academies, and federations. Get in touch to scope a Teams setup.

M0VE's current sport models are tuned for endurance — cycling, running, triathlon, gravel, MTB, swimming. Team sport and S&C-specific models are on the roadmap. The dashboard works for any sport; the session-specific carb / hydration logic is most accurate for endurance today.

You write the training plan. M0VE writes the fuel plan. Together that's how the work compounds — and how athletes actually show up to start lines fed.
